Incorporated in 1991, Ayoola Foods focused on exporting Nigerian food products to meet the desires of Nigerians in the diaspora. In 2004, we decided to shift our focus to our home country Nigeria, where we now produce indigenous premium quality food products to satisfy our highly esteemed customers, locally and in the diaspora. We have a range of eight products which consists of; Plantain Flour, Rice Flour, Cassava Fufu, Beans Flour, Yam Flour, Brown Beans, Ayoola Potato and our number one best sellersPoundo Yam.
Ayoola Potato is made from 100% Irish potatoes which are nutrient-dense and a great source of antioxidants. Ayoola Potato is a great addition to a balanced diet due to the many health benefits of Irish potatoes. Ayoola Potato can be used to make a variety of dishes, from mashed potatoes to cereal, swallow and so much more! Available in 500 g and 1kg pack sizes.
Ayoola Poundo Yam was introduced in 2004 with one clear goal, to ease the stress of pounding when preparing the Nigerian staple dish, pounded yam. Our Poundo Yam quickly became a star product within the Ayoola Foods product portfolio for Africans. The product is made from carefully selected yam tubers, has the taste and aroma of freshly prepared pounded yam, and best of all, is ready in as little as five minutes. It is popularly eaten in all parts of Nigeria and West Africa. Ayoola Poundo Yam can be served with any soup of your choice and is available in 450 g, 0.9 kg, 1.8 kg and 4.5 kg packs. Our Yam Flour is made from yam cakeswhich are carefully selected from local suppliers and organic farms. This is to ensure our products are free from chemicals and pesticides. Ayoola Yam Flour is used to create Amala which is a staple dish in South Western parts of Nigeria. It can be eaten with any soup and is available in packs of 0.9 kg and 1.8 kg.
Made from 100% unripe plantain, our Ayoola Plantain Flour has quickly become another popular product amongst Nigerians.
